Nintendo annoucned that the TVii service for the WiiU will finally be available in Canada and the US on December 20th. This application was orginally supposed to be available at launch but was delayed until today.
The service is supposed to tie in multiple streaming sources including Amazon Instant Video and Hulu Plus. Netflix and TiVo have decided to show up fashionably late. This won’t be a problem for Netflix, however, as it has its own standalone app.
