Well, its not like we didn’t see this coming, right?
Due to some negligence on my end last night, the updates I applied on my mail server left it a crack open and my mail server down all night. I was able to close the whole, but the system itself is doing some funky things given that some configuration files were overwritten and now its spitting out all sorts of data in the logs.
This isn’t a huge deal, but it means I’ll be rebuilding that server soon (probably starting tonight) so I can get email up and running again. This also means that any further updates are put on hold until I can confirm that I can update it without changing any configuration files. This means that the website will be up for the foreseeable future while I figure out how to properly update the server.
