So, I take it since you found my blog you aren’t using Apple Maps. If you were looking for Cult of Mac, yeah this news might just be for you.
According to AllThingsD, Google has plans to release Google Maps for iOS tonight. For those living under a rock or just don’t care about technology, Apple dropped Google Maps as its official mapping application for the phone on its latest update of the phone’s operating system, iOS 6, back in June of this year.
Here’s hoping that its not the same map application that they had before the removal and something similar to what Android users have had for years. Apple really needs a win.
